    Assistant Song Leader and Song Writer.

    Married to Terri Michanczyk, business owner of CCR Adjusters, graduate of University of New Haven. First football player out of UNH to sign professional football contract with New York Jets in 1980. I have played the guitar for 25 years and have had the pleasure of working with Dave Adams over the years. We have worked together on many Christian and contemporary songs.

    It has been a great experience playing the guitar and singing songs at East MT Church of Christ with Dave Adams and Deb Harvey on Sundays at church. My son James also joins us occasionally playing the guitar. I have always to God first and I am grateful for all He has provided to me and my family.

    Hello my name is Dave, I started attending East Mountain quite a few years ago. One of the things that I really like is that we use the bible for just about everything; the messages, the donations, and bible studies. When you dig into the scriptures it really increases your knowledge about GOD and HIS plan for you.

    Debra Harvey

    Sunday School Teacher, ages 4-12 years old. Debra Harvey graduated Pennsylvania College of Technology as an LPN in 1975, the same year that she joined James Harvey in marriage and in ministry, having attended classes at both Johnson Bible College and St. Louis Christian College. All three of their children were born during their first ministry at Walshville Christian Church in Walshville IL, 1976-1983.

    Since being diagnosed with M.S. in 1983, and moving to CT to serve with her husband and the East MT Church of Christ, Debra brings her zeal for Christ and for life into all that she does. Having M.S. has merely served to make Debra a more thankful person, a thought which she shares in an article published in the Christian Standard magazine, April 14,2002 and a thought which she readily shares through children’s ministry, one of the many joys in her life.

    Minister Jim Harvey.

    Jim Harvey is a 1976 Graduate of Johnson Bible College, Knoxville TN, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree of Theology. He did further graduate studies at Lincoln Christian Seminary from 1978-1980. The preaching ministry is his main point of focus. Jim preached a Walsh Ville Christian Church in Walsh Ville IL from 1976-1983 and East MT Church of Christ in Waterbury CT from 1983-present.

    He has preached revival meetings in IL,PA,TN,MT, and NY. Jim works fulltime at an engineering firm in CT and uses this provision of GOD to support his family. He does not take a salary from the church and is firmly committed to the biblical principal of the priesthood of all believers.

    In 1975, he married his wife Deborah Harvey and they have three children who are active in the faith. Deb and Jim have partnered together in life and in ministry for 43 years an hold as their greatest purpose, teaching and preaching the good news of Jesus Christ.
